Eco-friendly Packaging:

 

Obviously, our world is changing around us and we need to be aware of how our actions affect it. With this in mind, we strive to use as many recycled supplies, packaging products, and gift-wrap materials as possible. Our products are packaged in a nest of shredded paper, which cushions and protects each item. The strips of paper are small, but if you look closely, you might recognize an advertisement out of your favorite magazine. Many of our shipping boxes have been on previous trips, so please excuse the extra stickers or markings. Ordering, Payment Options & Shipping Information:

 

blonde birdie accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to the state of Texas (8.125%).

 

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground, unless other options are selected during the checkout process. After placing your order, you will receive two emails from us: the first is to confirm that your order was received, and the second is to confirm shipment of your items and will include a tracking number. Shipment tracking information often takes 24 hours to appear in the UPS and USPS systems. Sorry- no local pick-up.

 

Placing orders with blonde birdie constitutes acknowledgement and agreement the terms and conditions described on our customer service and policy pages.

 


Returns and Exchanges:

 

At blonde birdie, we pride ourselves on offering a unique selection of well-made products. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original condition (including any warranties, manuals or other parts) within 30 days and we will issue you a website credit for the merchandise, excluding shipping costs. “Original condition” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the products; the products must not have been sized or altered in any way, and tags have not been removed. To ensure our items are in saleable condition, we cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Please note that for your safety and protection, bath and personal care products are not returnable. Also items that are special ordered from a vendor at the request of a customer are not returnable. We do not refund the cost of services such as gift wrapping or shipping (excluding transactions where a mistake was made on the part of blonde birdie- in which case a full refund including shipping may be given- please contact us for more information.)

 

At this time, we do not offer refunds, website credit only.

 

To expedite processing of your return, please email us at customerservice@blondebirdie.com with the following information:
-Order Number
-Description of Item to be returned,
-Reason for Return, i.e. damage, wrong size, etc.
-(In case of exchange only) The name or number of the new product you wish to order

 

We will reply promptly with an email containing instructions and a Return Authorization number to include with your return. blonde birdie cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
